Autocomplete for staff
When you enter an appointment for a customer, if the customer has been here before, it will autocomplete the name from the phone number and vice-versa. Sometimes its quicker to ask for the phone number than to spell the name, or the name is easy.
Notifications
We finally finished the Notification feature. It is possible now for customers, when they do not find a slot, to get notified when someone cancels their appointment. Notifications will be sent by email.
Make it easy for the customer to add a calendar entry
A customer can now enter the appointment in his own calendar using a Button. The button opens an Ical file which will be imported in the calendar. It works best if the customer opens it on his phone, since there the calendar will be most likely configured.
Its good for us if the customer adds it to the calendar. They are less likely to forget, and will not enter any other obligations if there is a calendar entry for the hairdresser appointment.
Of course the appointment contains a link and all relevant information.
